The real battle for the Supreme Court has begun. To fill the vacancy for Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, President George W. Bush has nominated Judge Samuel Alito, a man with an impeccable resume and a reputation for being fair-minded and true to the Constitution.
Unfortunately, several Democratic politicians, activists and far-left groups like MoveOn.org have already attacked Judge Alito’s judicial career and philosophies.
